Job description / Role
A field leadership role which requires the role holder to lead and manage a team of Store Managers and ensures a consumer and enterprise targets achievement at area level, be accountable for and ensure the successful delivery of all people, customers and commercial performance goals resulting in a profitable retail business performance.
• Minimum 7 to 12 years of experience in retail management.
• Management experience of multi-site/channels (consumer, enterprise and franchise)
• A good understanding of the telecommunications industry.
• A good understanding of retail procedures, policies and practices.
• Strong people management skills.
• Bachelor degree, preferred with IT, Telecom, Sales or Marketing.
Knowledge and skills:
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Strong strategic thinking coupled with excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Highly organized and commercially focused.
• Strong and effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
