We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Facilities Management sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the FMCG and B2B markets, particularly in Hygiene & Cleaning services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and establish strong customer relationships across the UAE, specifically focusing on Sharjah.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and increase market share in the Facilities Management sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with key clients in the FMCG and B2B sectors.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
- Train, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring they are equipped and motivated to meet sales goals.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and advertising campaigns that resonate with potential clients.
- Gather feedback from customers and use insights to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and network with potential clients.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar sales role in the FMCG, B2B, or Facilities Management industries.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to create actionable sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Result-oriented mindset with a strong analytical and problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting deadlines.
