Area Sales Manager - Produce

Charterhouse is working with a market leading produce wholesaler in Dubai who are looking for hire an Area Sales Manager to manage their sales team. You will report to the business head, working alongside other senior members of the business on the strategic vision.

Your main responsibilities will be to oversee the sales team, both managers and executives across multiple channels such as wholesale, retail and HORECA.

You will be challenged with managing the long term sales direction of the business in addition to overseeing high level key accounts. You will be responsible for the sales plan and forecasting across all channels.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be experienced in managing a team at least 4 or more sales manager and or executives, with established relationships with modern trade leaders in the UAE.

You must be experienced in working with fruits, vegetables, meat or fish. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background and has taken the next step to view the overall sales direction and long term vision of the business.

Due to the scope of the role current or recent UAE experience is essentially. This role will require the candidate to hold a valid driver’s license.
