Area Sales & Operations Manager (Middle East & Africa)

Our global client specialises in providing various financial products and services to company clients who are looking to lease construction equipment, large scale vehicles etc. They are looking for someone who has experience of selling asset backed finance to company clients to manage the Middle East and Africa region.

As Territory Manager for Africa you will travel 50% of your time to various countries throughout Africa. You will meet with dealers to build and maintain relationships with them in order to ensure they meet sales targets.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you must:
• Have at least 10 years experience of achieving sales results
• Be adept at analyzing financial statements
• Have a good understanding of how credit works
• Be familiar with the Africa market
• Be able to drive, have your own car in Dubai and be able to travel 50% of the time to Africa.
• Have a Bachelors degree and ideally Masters degree. (any additional certificates or qualifications are an advantage)
• Be a team player, have a positive attitude and be willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever the team requires to achieve the business goals.
• Be professional and represent the company as a Brand Ambassador to dealers and company clients.
• Be completely fluent in English. Arabic speaker (and ideally French) is preferred.

Salary:
• 34-36,000AED per month + schooling + family flights and medical + incentive scheme.
