Job description / Role
Ideal candidates will be required to manage a number of boutiqes / shops / kiosks in a given teritory and will be responsible for the accomplishment of the sales tragets in the given location whilst managing the staff effectively ensuring a motivated environment to work.
Requirements
He/She should,
• Demonstrate excellent leadership attributes to manage staff of multiple nationalities effectively to accomplish the company sales targets within a given teritory with a number of stores
• Possess minimum of 5 to 7 years retail experience in the jewellery indystry specially in Diamond / Coloured Stones / Pearl / Gems
• Possess excellent communication / Negotiation skills (English and Arabic would definitely be an advantage)
• Be responsible for sales, staff, stock and must independently handle/manage multiple stores
• Be responsible for increasing sales volume by focusing on driving the selling process
• Educating the sales team on customer care and impart his experience in using techniques to promote sales by winning the customer
• Accomplish the targets and goals set for the given territory
• Establish, maintain and expand your customer base
• Service the needs of new and existing customers
• Monitor the team's performance and motivate them to reach targets
• Comply with organizational principalities and regulations in whilst reporting to management on the sales trends and facts along with ways to enhance customer base and market presence
• Carry a valid UAE driving license which is mandatory
