Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an established luxury brand in Dubai who is looking to hire an Area Sales Supervisor Travel Retail to join their team. You will develop the sell out and improve market share working alongside the Area Manager.
You will be responsible for overseeing a team of approximately 100 across 7 locations within the region, ensuring the brand guidelines at all times. You will also manage the sales force through regular training and coaching, handle the stock orders, POS events, all whilst maintaining a consistent reporting stream to the management.
The successful candidate should be currently working in travel retail, preferably covering multiple locations, ideally with a luxury product. Experience in the Middle East is an advantage. You should also be competent in excel, P&L, sell out and market analysis.
