Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To achieve agreed sales & service targets and manage client relationships and portfolios for a specified geographical area and/or business/product in order to meet the strategic goals of the bank.

Service Objectives
Will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and the core requirements would be 5 – 6 years of sales experience with at least 3-4 years in merchant services.
Needs proficient in MS Office products and should be able to make his presentations and reports for his clients.
Needs to be well versed with Merchant service products like DCC / Contactless / Ecom.
Will also be responsible for creating an account plan for each of his account with a SWOT analysis. In addition will manage the portfolio of accounts with an aim to increase volume, revenue and account retention.

Sales Objectives
Will be responsible for acquiring new merchants both which are existing bank customers as well as new to bank in retail as well as B2B space.
The core requirements for this candidate would be 5 – 6 years of sales experience with at least 3-4 years in merchant services.
This candidate would be proficient in MS Office products and should be able to make his presentations at senior levels.
This person will also be responsible for activation of new on-boarded accounts and achieving matured volume targets.

Requirements

Revenue Generation :- Manage and monitor revenue generation through sale of various financial services of the bank in order to achieve agreed financial targets and maximise revenue generation.

People Management :- Manage self and team in line with ADCB’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own and employee contribution to business performance.
Organise and supervise the activities and work of the team to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems.

Relationship Management :- Develop and maintain internal stakeholders/external agencies and client relationships to achieve desired objectives of the bank.

Portfolio Management :- Monitor and control customer portfolios to achieve desired revenue through cross sell, upsell and retention
Customer Service :- Demonstrate our promise and apply the ADCB service standards to deliver the banks required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions.

Minimum Experience :- At least 3 years of experience in consumer banking
Minimum Qualifications :- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales or Finance or relevant specialization.
Knowledge and Skills :- In depth knowledge of global financial markets and trends
Understanding of consumer banking products and services
