Art Director

Job description / Role

Quest Search and Selection is partnering with a renowned fashion retail group in the Gulf region, and they are looking for a talented Art Director to join their team in Dubai!

Responsibilities of this role:
• Develop and conceptualize mood boards for campaigns and photoshoots.
• Lead the ideation, creation, execution, and delivery of multiple projects.
• Collaborate with the Original Content Development team to execute brand-aligned content.
• Facilitate cross-department communication, coordinating with Product, Design, Graphic Design, Retouching, and Photography teams.
• Oversee and manage photoshoots, including budgeting, casting, and location scouting.
• Experience in directing both studio and outdoor shoots while managing teams remotely.
• Work seamlessly with both small and large creative teams, including in-house staff and freelance talent.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in art direction, graphic design, or a related creative role.
• Educational background in Fine Arts, Visual Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in digital creativity with a strong background in visual design.
• Expertise in layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, and web design limitations.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and graphic design is a plus
