Position Title: Art Director
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:
- Brainstorm with the Fashion Design team to select the seasonal themes, mood board and create new inspiration for the brand.
-Manage design process from conception through to final styling with the Fashion Design Team
-Prepare collection with 30-50 option based on agreed color palette, mood board and fabric.
-Supervise, coach, train the team, and provide support needed.

About the Client:
A proud Retail group in Dubai, well known within GCC for its growing international portfolio of elegance and trends in women’s fashion.

Qualifications:
-38 years old and below; with minimum of 5 years of experience in fashion industry
-Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, similar field, or equivalent visual design
-Proficiency in software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma
-Strong leadership skills and portfolio required

Salary:
AED 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
