Job description / Role
We are now looking for two Asset and Utility Engineers to join the Capital Projects team at Transguard Group.
The postholders will support on capital projects work including energy audits, utility monitoring, asset condition surveys, asset risk assessments and asset capitalisation.
The postholder will be responsible for:
- Identifying energy savings
- Investigating root cause energy consumption data abnormalities
- Liaising with accommodation managers, operations managers and other stakeholders
This position is a field-based role, and often requires working irregular hours in adverse and occasionally remote conditions.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Recognized Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification in relevant field
- Knowledge of building management systems
- A problem solver and analytical thinker
- Valid UAE driving licence
