Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a local holding company, which is part of a group of companies across the UAE, specialising in Real Estate and Hospitality. Our client is looking to hire an Asset Manager to join their Dubai office located on-site in their Five star hotel in the Downtown Dubai area. The Five star hotel is exclusively owned by the company who oversee the day-to-day performance and operations.
Your main duties will include managing the Groups hotel assets as well as responding and planning for market changes. You will offer regular communication to the board of Directors and Stakeholders regarding the performance of the asset. You will also work closely with the Finance Manager and CFO to produce reports and analysis of the assets. In addition, you will organise and lead meetings with key Stakeholders and clients as well as analyse the portfolio(s) and identify any irregularities that may have a negative impact on the client’s asset. Confidently and effectively communicate analysis and reports to senior board members and local Stakeholders.
Requirements
The successful candidate will hold a Real Estate, Hospitality or Finance Degree and possess a minimum of 5 years Asset Management experience within the UAE market. You should have strong Hotel / Hospitality background as well as a solid understanding of operations and general hotel management. You should work well in a small independent team which offers autonomy, allowing you to organise and structure your own time-table and schedule.
