Asset Manager - Dubai Festival City - Al Futtaim Group Real Estate

The Asset Manager will be responsible for managing the P&L of each project including Sales, Leasing, Owners Association management, Financial Management, Portfolio Management and Facility Management. The person will be responsible to provide direction for business plans, budgets forecasts, leases/sales analysis and pricing approvals, along with the Finance department, drive cash flow through the tenant mix, carrying out capital expenditure projects to enhance the assets and oversee rent reviews and lease renewals.

Also to overlook the property management performance for all residential and commercial assets under the management of Al Futtaim Group Real Estate (AFGRE) at Dubai Festival City. The coordination with internal and external departments, organisations and professional bodies. The Asset Manager will also work closely with the Residential community managers as well as the Owners Association and will have knowledge in the freehold market and its laws.

This role is positioned at a band equivalent to a Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager with the group and will report to the Director Residential & Commercial. It will have a direct reporting of 3 permanent staff comprising of Administration, front office and CRM. This role will be based out of Dubai Festival City.

Requirements

We require someone with a minimum 10 years of property management experience managing a landmark property or multiple properties with a minimum of two years of experience in GCC.

Experience of working on a project and contributing with input through the design period and knowledge of Computer Aided Facilities and Property Management systems will be required.
