Assistant Accountant

Job description / Role

One of our esteemed client, a prestigious Oil & Gas company in Abu Dhabi is urgently looking for a position of Assistant Accountant.

Job Description
- Majority of job will be Data Entry in ERP, filing and Assisting supervisor to support routine requirement of the Department.
- Validation of supplied details from invoices in order to ensure accurate details of supplier are captured on the system.
- Carry out data entry of vouchers related to Accounts, Payable
- Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and Capitalization of fixed Assets to support book keeping function of the Deptt.
- Compile, maintain and file all physical and computerized reports records and other documents required, including auditable finance records to adhere to department data management requirement.

Requirements

- B.Com or Diploma
- 3 years in General Accounting
- Excellent Data Entry skills, working knowledge/skill of MS Office and ERP/Oracle experience will be preferred.

Sponsorship: Husband/Father
Salary: Dhs: 4500/PM (consolidated)
Working Hours: 07:00 – 15:00 (Sunday to Thursday)
Leave: 30 days paid leave after completion of 335 days’ service with economy class air ticket.
