Leading Multinational Company

NTS Group are working alongside a leading multinational pharmaceutical company to recruit an Assistant Accountant on a 6 month ongoing contract.
The role will report into the CFO for the GCC.
- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
- Preparing of journal Vouchers
- Maintaining log of employee expenses
- Reconciling vendor accounts and queries
- Able to coordinate with outsourced teams in getting tasks completed on time.
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy
- Assist in month end closing
Requirements
- Accounts Payable experience
- Good knowledge of excel.
- SAP knowledge added plus
- Good interpersonal communicator across multi-cultural and multi-behavioral environment
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
