Assistant Accountant - Mandarin Speaker

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our team in Dubai. This is a fully office-based position and an excellent opportunity for candidates who are looking to start or develop a career in accounting. No previous accounting experience is required, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records
• Support accounts payable and receivable tasks
• Assist in preparing basic financial reports
• Handle documentation and filing in line with company procedures
• Coordinate with internal teams and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders when required

Note: This is a fully office-based position (5/2). Remote or hybrid work is not available.

• Mandarin proficiency is mandatory (spoken and written)
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software is an advantage
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
