Assistant/Associate Professor in Human Resource/ Business Management / Finance Up To 23k Aed++

• POSITION: Assistant/Associate Professor in Human Resources/ Business Management/ Finance
• SALARY: up to 23,000 AED depending on qualifications and experience plus accommodation, transportation, air ticket and other benefits
• HIRING COMPANY: Premier university in Sharjah established since 1990
• LOCATION: Sharjah, UAE
• START DATE: Spring, January 2020
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time - Four Years Contract (Renewable)

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open for CIS, Western and Arab National
• Male/Female, 55 years old and below

Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:
• PhD in Business Management / Finance/ HR
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of teaching experience in the same field, designing class activities post PHD degree
• Minimum 3 publications and 2 conference presentations
• Must have academic background in the field of Business Management/Finance/Human Resources with combination of teaching & industry experience in the field of specialization
• Strong record of Research and Publications (Mainly in Scopus, ABDC etc.)
• Experience of developing course materials and teaching resources
• Ability to develop rapport with students in a variety of learning contexts
• Extensive experience of working with diverse range of students
• Can work independently and as a part of a team
• Excellent communication and organization skills
