Job description / Role
The purpose of this position is to provide assistance to Audit Officer and Senior Audit officer.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain record of receipts as well as issuance of stock
- Responsible to maintain inventory at main storage. Carry out physical verification and comparing records to identify and discrepancy
- To undertake the function of physical stock verification and confirm the periodic stock on a regular basis by working closely with the designated staff members.
- Responsible to receive stock at main storage and maintain all relevant supporting documentation
- Perform and carry out other duties instructed/directed by Senior Audit Officer, Audit, Cash & Financial Process Manager.

- Ability to liaise in a professional and persuasive manner with staff at all levels.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to understand complex systems and possess good IT skills
- Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Fluent in English
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the audit and/or accounts fields.
