Assistant Bar Manager

Job description / Role

The Assistant Bar Manager is responsible for supporting the Bar Manager in the overall management of the bar. This role involves supervising bar staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory, and enforcing health and safety regulations. The Assistant Bar Manager also assists in creating and updating the beverage menu, managing costs, and organizing bar events. This position requires excellent leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities (English):

- Supervise bar staff and ensure they provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in managing the bar's daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in creating and updating the beverage menu.
- Monitor and manage costs to maintain profitability.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train and develop bar staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Organize and manage bar events and promotions.
- Collaborate with the Bar Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve service and sales.
