Our client is a leading Hospitality company, who due to continued growth are looking to expand their marketing department. They are actively seeking an Assistant Brand Activations Manager, to be based at their Dubai offices.

This role will managerially support the Head of Marketing in the Brand Activations and New Openings Marketing efforts for the company, as part of the overall business, marketing and brand strategy. The responsibility includes the deployment of the Brand Activations and New Openings Marketing strategy under the direction of the Head of Marketing, with the aim to maximise commercial results, as well as customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and brand awareness and exposure.

The role will be varied and will typical include exposure within strategy and operational Business Planning, supporting the development and specifically drive the implementation of the strategy for Brand Activations and New Openings Marketing in line with companies vision and mission, ensure that the strategy is translated into annual project plans for Brand Activations and New Openings Marketing, and that performance is monitored and managed to ensure continuous improvement. In addition, you will be involved in developing, enhancing and implementing strategic Brand Activations and New Openings Marketing projects to support prioritized initiatives across multiple platforms to enhance commercial results, as well as customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and brand awareness and exposure.

You will support the evaluation of market conditions through the use of data from different sources and supervise research on Brand Activation and New Opening Marketing strategies in order to identify ways to grow effectively and enhance the companies strengths, whilst also keeping upto date on trends in marketing campaign and activation tactics as well as demographics of customers in order to be able to deliver the strategy.

Requirements

To be considered, you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience, coupled with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or equivalent) working for globally recognised international companies. You will have a strong background in managing fully integrated marketing campaigns and brand activations, be a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and have a proven record managing complex marketing campaigns. You will also have the ability to produce reports and derive valuable insights and analysis and be a keen learner, looking to develop their career in a fast paced environment.
