Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a 360-degree creative brand marketer, with a passion for brand, design and communications. You must be a talented storyteller and idea generator with an eye for design, conceptualisation and content ideation.

Brand Management & Strategy
- Support the brand management for the Rixos Hotels brand and properties across the globe.
- Support the development and implementation of the brand strategy, design and communications across all Rixos properties, to maintain optimised/streamlined processes, positive brand integrity and perception across all marketing initiatives.
- Support the development and implementation of the brand guidelines, SOPs, processes, identities, concepts and campaigns on both a brand and property level. Work closely with the regional/property teams to ensure these are rolled out effectively.
- Support the brand development, assurance, continuity, IP usage, content creation, design, copywriting and compliance with foundational brand standards across Rixos internal and external communication.
- Ensure the brand content/communications strategy is audience segmented with the objective of increasing brand strength (salience, awareness, consideration and brand buzz) across the regions/properties.
- Support regular audits of all B2C/B marketing material to ensure all assets are in line with brand guidelines, ensuring all B2C/B parties adhere to contractual IP rules and regulations and internal brand standards.

Creative Conceptualisation & Communications
- Develop innovative ideas, concepts, campaigns and strategies to promote Rixos Hotels across all regions, channels and mediums, with a 360 integrated approach to delivery and implementation.
- Ensure high quality and brand consistency across all visual and written communication.
- Support the full roll-out and adaptation of creative concepts across all channels and mediums.
- Manage the creative team members to ensure that all creatives (designs/content/copy) are developed and written in-line with the brand standards, IP rules/regulations, brief objectives and target market.
- Manage the creative team members to ensure that delivery deadlines are adhered to.
- Support the creative team to refine the Rixos Brand and property collaterals (print & digital) to be aligned with the updated brand guidelines.
- Support marketing communication across all properties, ensuring all signage is clear, collateral, digital screens etc have contextual and brand-relevant content with the objective of improving brand exposure and increasing in-facility spend.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a brand marketer or related role
- Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Creativity and an eye for design
- Strong research skills
- Collaborative spirit
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills
- BSc/BA in marketing, media, design or a related field
