Position Summary

To support brand / category planning process in Nestle Professional (NP) within Integrated Commercial Planning process through effective coordination with Sales & Category Management and leveraging on local consumer and customer insight, communication and support the execution of category activity calendar.

A day in the life of

- Understand, analyze and leverage company, channel, consumer and customer data effectively.
- Exploit market research such as market and channel analysis, concept test and product preference test
- Generate and develop inspiring consumer / customer insight
- Develop brand / category plans within Integrated Commercial Planning Process (ICPP)
- Continuous (Product Fixed Marketing Expenses) PFME control and management, Pre and post evaluation of launches and activities as per the guidelines
- Share the Brand Communication Framework and activation tool kits with the sales team to ensure uniform implementation
- Responsible for packaging and label upgrade, complying with local Regulatory Affairs and global brand guidelines
- Comply with Nestle's strictest requirements that Nestle marketing and sales personnel will not seek contact with, or give advice to pregnant women, or mothers of infants and young children regarding Infant Formula in their business capacity.
- Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken, including those taking place on trade, to the (World Health Organization) WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and Nestle Instructions and local country codes.

Requirements

What Will Make You Successful?

- Knowledge of the Out-of-Home channels (B2B, HORECA etc)
- Bilingual English & Arabic is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Marketing or Hospitality)
- 2-3 years in overall marketing and/or sales experience
