What you will be doing:

- Meet with each stewarding employee to give all necessary instructions according to the events of the day
- Check more specifically the proper use of chemicals and washing accessories
- Assist in any other functions & areas as informed by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef
- Prepares adequate and appropriate equipment for projected F&B needs
- Ensure that equipment is replaced in the correct areas after usage
- To have thorough knowledge of the use of all operating equipment and cleaning

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
