Employment: Full Time

NTS Group are working on an exciting opportunity for a leading retail group in Dubai who are now seeking an Assistant Compensation & Benefits manager to join their team, in this newly created position.

Reporting into the C&B Manager, this role will work closely with them in the development and implementation of policies, salary grading, bonus calculations and employee benefits.

The role will be varied, with the opportunity to be involved in devising medical insurance policies, monitoring the companies salary & benefits structures (for retention and competition purposes), salary benchmarking exercises, salary budgeting & analysis and competitor salary analysis.

You will also be involved in working very closely with the payroll team, liaising & negotiating with management (in regards to pay & benefits issues) and key C&B projects which the company will be starting imminently.


To be considered, you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a compensation and benefits specialist within a well-known organisation. Regional UAE experience within C&B is essential, coupled with a good understanding of the labour laws.

Candidates from a retail background or individuals who have experience working in very large companies are preferred. You should be used to working in a fast paced, dynamic environment and be able to work autonomously when required. This role will be offering a salary of up to AED 18,000 (+ Benefits).
