Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Analytical Thinking:
• Understanding a situation, issue, problem, etc by breaking it into smaller pieces, or tracing the implications or a situation in a step by step way. Analytical thinking includes organizing the parts of comparisons of different features or aspects; setting priorities on a rational basis; and identifying time sequences, causal relationship or if-then relationships.

Attention to Detail:
• Considering the finer aspects of a plan, concept, action, document, proposal; attending to the specifics, small print; adding detail and finer touches to complete project, document, work, plan, and proposal.

Communication:
• The degree to which the employee transmits oral ideas professionally (tone, emotion, clarity, accuracy, logic); Expresses oneself confidently in discussions. Listens to and acknowledges others. Communication of planning

Coordinating:
• Determining time, place, and sequence of operations or action to be taken on the basis of analysis of data; executing determinations and/or reporting on events.

Leadership:
• Ability to be forward thinking, seeking and accepting challenges and opportunities, developing and communicating a clear inspiring and relevant direction for the unit / department / organization.

Management:
• Concerned with a sound understanding and application of the most effective management practices to achieve organizational goals and objectives. Management practices include planning, organizing, analysis, delegating, decision making, resource allocation, prioritizing, etc.
• Personal Presentability Ability to present yourself in terms of physical appearance and/or behaviour characterized by social/organizational accepted standards, morals, rules, policies, etc. This extends towards dress code, code of conduct, cleanliness, and so on.

Rapid Response:
• The ability to react immediately or as fast as possible towards the situation that requires attention.

Technical Functional Knowledge:
• Specific knowledge of the technicalities or technology associated with a specific function or position is referred to as the “Technical Functional Knowledge” of that position or function.

Requirements

We require an intern (kindly note that this is not a permanent job).

• Intern to assist the above Job Description.
• No Experience Required.
• Good attitude.
• English speaker, Arabic speaker (not Necessary)
• Salary from 500AED to 1,000AED

Timing of work from 8.30 till 5.30.
