Employment: Full Time

Our client is one of the largest car-maker in the world – and the fastest-growing are looking for an Assistant Dealer Development Manager based in their Regional HQs in Dubai. The successful candidate is responsible for the ongoing development of the company’s Retailer network. Protects the image of the Company and its brands by ensuring its Retailer organization provides the facilities and service that customers are entitled to and expect.

The objective of the position is to develop and manage the implementation of the group’s Sales Strategies in line with the set Business Plans of the organization and the Brand Principle. The successful individual will also work closely with the dealerships and Training team to ensure that sales promotions and customer service strategies are established, developed maintained and carried out in coordination with the Sales Teams.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Leads regular reviews and updates of the motor brands’ Retailer Standards and operational departments, monitors actual retail centers situations; and conducts audits & meetings as required.
- Works cross-departmentally to manage and regularly review the CRM projects.
- Provides recommendations for Management and Executive approval, business strategies and corrective action plans designed to address Retailer Standards problems and opportunities.
- Assists in the development, implementation and administration of programs and standards designed to enhance the image of the retail network. This includes the coordination and administration of the Retailer facility design activities.
- Project Management for new/renovated retail outlets (showrooms and service centers).
- Review and develop Sales Policies & Procedures (e.g. Discounts, etc.)

Requirements

- University Degree
- Previous management experience in the automotive industry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic languages
- Excellent organizational skills
- Willing to work flexible hours
- Willing to travel
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft office
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
