Job description / Role
One of the regions largest trading houses are launching new retail brands and stores across the region. For this specific International Retailer they are recruiting within the design and project management team.
Currently they require an Assistant Design Manager who will take care of one large site in KSA, working from Dubai, with some travel into Riyadh.
Managing the design process, managing documentation and liaising with external consultants and contractors, this individual will report into the Architecture Design Manager and will have draftspersons support.
Requirements
- Graduated from Architecture or Interior Design Degree, with around 10-15 years experience, this individual will ideally have large-scale retail project experience in the Middle East; having taken projects from Design Development to construction.
- Experience working on producing documentation, coordinating interior projects and managing construction contractors is required.
- AutoCAD expertise is necessary with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a small team.
