Job Description:
- Work with and report to the Development Manager regarding specifics for upcoming locations selected for opening of new stores by sharing ideas and deep understanding of the current market, issues/opportunities and competitor activity within the area
- Research and do feasibility study, market analysis, site visits to understand and forecast profitability, over head expenses, market trend, required headcount on staff and allot supplies & stocks for the new area
- Coordinate internally with the different teams for new opening requirements – products & manpower supplies to achieve the target number
- Update database on competitors around the area and upcoming developments/projects nearby to stay ahead in the game
- Attend meetings and present with management on current milestone for development projects and support development manager on future expansion plans for the organizations

Requirements

- Open to any nationality
- 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree or any relevany certificate
- At least 3 years of business expansion or development experience from commercial real estate, retail, or supermarket/FMCG industry
- Valid UAE driver’s license is preferred
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
