We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and high energy Assistant Digital Services Manager to manage the IT support function within the Hotel!
The Assistant Digital Services Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of the Information Technology and Telecommunications systems infrastructure at the Hotel, including maintaining, monitoring and troubleshooting all systems and the technical infrastructure. Duties include the implementation and support of all IT systems, ensuring that all applications, security policies, routers, switches and servers are functioning properly and are up-to-date. Responsible for providing service to all hotel guests by meeting or exceeding Hotel Standards.The Assistant Digital Services Manager will also assist in planning and supporting the Hotel's information processing needs, and evaluate, develop, coordinate and implement all new technology systems.
