Summary
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the Speciality Restaurant in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. Assistant Director of Food & Beverage is responsible to function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the outlet, to ensure that the outlet operates successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable
Requirements
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 3 years of independent work experience in Speciality Restaurant / luxurious Food and Beverage outlet. Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills and customer service are must. Specialised in operational experience in Food and Beverage with an international repute will be an added advantage.
About the Company
Hyatt was founded by Jay Pritzker in 1957 when he purchased the Hyatt House motel adjacent to the Los Angeles International Airport. Over the following decade, Jay Pritzker and his brother, Donald Pritzker, working together with other Pritzker family business interests, grew the company into a North American management and hotel ownership company, which became a public company in 1962.
