Assistant Director of Sales - Government

As an Assistant Director of Sales - Government, you will manage the government sales primarily in UAE. You will be a strategic leader to drive the success of our hotel business within the government sector. You will work closely with Sales & Marketing to inform and develop product proposals to reflect market need.

What you will be doing:
- Deliver government sales plan strategy and execution, and meet or exceed sales revenue targets.
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow the government project pipeline .
- Create and implement channel management plans.
- Implement infrastructure for large-scale growth and continually identify sales process improvements.
- Assess competitors and understand and communicate key trends.
- Understand government environments including decision-making process & political dynamics.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related major with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in a 5-star luxury hotels.
- Knowledge of local market in government section.
- Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges.
- Excellent selling capabilities and the ability and desire to coach selling techniques to Team Members.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- English proficiency is a must. French and Arabic is a plus.
- Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives.
