The Role
In this Assistant Ecommerce Manager position, you will report to the Senior Manager where your role will be to manage the e-commerce business end-to-end.
Key responsibilities in this Assistant Ecommerce Manager Position
* Managing E-commerce portal content plans and adding new products according to launch cycles and categories
* Prepare an annual e-commerce planogram (campaign/promotion focus) that outlines activities planned for the following months
* Create and launch promotional activities at the item level and determine the appropriate item/brand strategy
* Develop actionable insights from E-commerce data and tracking metrics
* Produce reports on online sales, study trends in customer purchases, and evaluate the state of the online retail industry
Requirements
To be successful in your application for this Assistant Ecommerce Manager position
* Must have at least 2-3 years of experience as an Ecommerce Executive / Specialist / Assistant
* Background in Retail, Ecommerce, or B2C
* Knowledgeable of Ecommerce Content Management Systems (CMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS)
* Familiar with SEO and optimization rankings
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
