Position Title: Assistant Facilities Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A well-known real estate company based in Dubai
Job Description:
• Responsible for managing, supervising, and coordinating activities of workers engaged in cleaning and maintaining premises of commercial and retail establishments
• Assigning tasks to workers and inspects completed work for conformance to standards
• Submitting requests for repair of cleaning equipment to Divisional Vice President/Manager
• Supervising the security team, cleaning company, fit out work within the shop, and maintenance work in the common area, etc.
• Serving as an engineer responsible for the facilities management of a shopping mall and maintenance of chillers
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic and Asian nationals
• Male, 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant field
• At least 2 years of work experience as an Asst. Facilities Manager or relevant senior role
• Must be well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
• Shopping mall facilities management experience is a plus
• Immediately available candidates will be prioritized
