Position Title: Wood Decor Factory Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A premier luxury event planning firm based in Dubai, renowned for crafting exceptional experiences with precision, creativity, and elegance

- Lead all aspects of factory operations, including strategic planning, production scheduling, quality assurance, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure timely delivery of custom decor products that meet client specifications.
- Manage budgets, control production costs, and provide financial reports to leadership. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and optimizing resource use.
- Supervise, hire, and train production staff, fostering a skilled, motivated team. Oversee machinery use and enforce preventive maintenance protocols to ensure safety, reliability, and maximum productivity.
- Oversee raw material inventory and supplier relationships to maintain consistent quality and flow. Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards through regular inspections and risk prevention measures

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Wood Technology, Manufacturing, Carpentry, or a related field (preferred)
- At least 3 years relevant experience in event industry
- Proficient in woodworking machinery, quality control, and process optimization.
- Must have Valid UAE driver’s license

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
