Assistant Front Office Manager

What you will be doing:

- To ensure the Front Office operations, including the Reception, CID, Bell Desk, Concierge, Guest Relations, and to personally supervise the above in the involved supervisor's absence, ensuring that the hotel standards and procedures are fully known and followed.
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Rooms departments and ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
- Maximize rooms revenue through participating in yield management meetings and implementing supporting agreed upon Revenue Management strategies and practices
- To ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome and that they enjoy their stay being offered the finest personal service.
- To ensure that the privacy of the guests and the confidentiality of the information is respected.
- To ensure proper coverage and supervision of the Front Office sections at all times.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
- Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
