Assistant General Manager

Job description / Role

We are looking for a passionate Assistant General Manager for a vibrant award winning restaurant concept in Dubai.

Someone experienced with passion, flair and dedication is needed to compliment the surroundings. Standalone restaurant experience in the UAE or UK is paramount.

- You would be responsible for managing the daily operations as well as personally delivering memorable experiences.
- As the Assistant General Manager of the establishment you would also be required to maintain standards, manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted and QHSE guidelines.
- You will be responsible for effectively assisting the General Manager in managing all operations within the restaurant, ensuring that optimum results are achieved and maintained.
- To be successful in this role we would expect a great forward thinking and positive attitude.
