Employment: Full Time

Ready to take the next step? If you have been a passionate restaurant manager working with Mediteranean/Middle eastern focused cuisine for a couple of years and feel like you are ready to be an AGM, this could be the opportunity for you.

This role is responsible for assisting the GM with managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, following company policies and procedures and ensuring that sales, profitability and customer service targets are met.

The Assistant General Manager will work towards increasing customer satisfaction the store's market share by exploiting opportunities to maximise sales and profitability, and by increasing customer satisfaction.

You Will Have:

Qualifications & Requirements

* A university degree or equivelant in an appropriate field
* At least 3 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant GM in a high-volume restaurant
* Financial skills, P&L and inventory management experience
* Computer literacy
* Excellent English skills (both written and spoken).
* Managed a team of at least 25-40 staff.
* High energy, hospitality driven
* Responding and dealing appropriately with feedback
* Excellent communication skills with all team members
* Have experience working with a mix of cultures
* Be encouraging and help with training and development of team members
* Understand and initiate business development, social media and marketing proactively for the benefit of the business

Salary Package Offered Between 17 - 20K dependent upon experience plus Annual Air ticket Allowance; Annual Leave, Staff Discount, Visa cost & sponsorship
