Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Key tasks

- Ensures a warm welcome and effective information services for hotel guests.
- Ensures that guests' stay at the hotel runs smoothly and 100%guest satisfaction
- Is regularly available in the hotel lobby and reception
- Develops high quality relationships with guests, from the moment they arrive and throughout their stay, in order to encourage loyalty
- Anticipates guests' needs and takes them into consideration
- Handles any guest complaints that are not settled directly by members of the team
- Informs guests about the formalities, any special conditions relating to their stay and the services available
- Organises arrivals and departures with Concierge/FO team
- Coordinates room allocation with the Housekeeper (M/F), handling any switches as necessary
- Communicates with the other departments
- Ensures that guest documentation and information is available and up-to-date
- Formalises instructions as necessary and supervises their application
- Supervises the correct use and follow-up of applications centralising customer profiles and records

Requirements

Skills

- Level of Education Associate Areas of study Hospitality Professional experiences 3 to 5 years Languages essential English

Essential and optional requirements

- Vocational diploma or degree and/or anyone eager to work in the sector regardless of their educational background, pending validation of their skills and motivation
- Significant experience in a customer-service position
- Experience in team management
- Computer literate
- Can speak Arabic and English
