Job description / Role
Job Role:
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Attend and participate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc)
• Coordinate with Recruitment agencies when needed
• Involve with employee requests regarding human resources issues, statuses, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc
• Issue certificate requests from current and previous employees of the organization
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to any nationality
• Male or Female, 35 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources; hotel background experience is required
• Strong knowledge in HRIS and MS Office applications
