Assistant Maintenance Manager

Job description / Role

- Develop sales strategies, identify opportunities, and pursue new business for AMC, fit-out, refurbishment, and repair services
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors; attend meetings and industry events to generate leads
- Ensure maintenance contracts comply with ADCD regulations and NFPA standards; coordinate with teams for smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate sales records, provide regular reports, and follow up on payments and collections

Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 13K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus company car, fuel and salik

About the Client:
An Abu-Dhabi based leading provider of cutting-edge fire protection solutions, specializing in the design, installation, and rigorous testing for fire detection, firefighting, and emergency lighting systems

Qualifications:
- Open to Indian nationals, Male, 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s mechanical/electrical engineering
- Minimum of 5 years in sales within the UAE fire protection industry
- Strong understanding of Fire Protection & Detection systems and familiarity with international standards (NFPA, UL, FM, LPCB), export documentation and valid UAE driving license is a must

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 13,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
