Employment: Full Time

The ‘Assistant Manager, Administration Services’ will be responsible for hands-on supervision and provision of administrative support and services to Seddiqi Holding.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Assists the department head in developing and implementing administration policies and procedures
- Assists the department head in developing the department, centralizing and implementing all the administration related activities such as the Admin Help Desk, Travel Desk, Insurance management, vehicle management, telecom services administration, supervision and distribution of office and pantry supplies etc.
- Develops and manages all aspects of the Administration section annual budget
- Supervises the Office Support Staff and the Reception staff
- Under the guidance of the department head, develops performance measurement plans with team, provides performance feedback including managing the annual performance appraisal process
- Develops job descriptions, tasks and activity lists for all team members, monitors them and updates them regularly based on business needs
- Supervises HR related team matters such as attendance, absences, trainings and other requests
- Develops and manages the Family support section
- Develops innovative ideas to improve the administration services and increase productivity
- Develops and manages the process for handing post, couriers receiving and distribution of deliveries
- Manages end to end all activities and documentation related to trade license renewals
- Monitors and documents all activities handled by the Administration section
- Develops the department survey specific to Administration services and manages all related activities
- Supervises the administration of all aspects of the company insurances including but not limited to claims management
- Develops strategy, policies and procedures to manage all of the company insurance policies
- Coordinates with Property Management department on a regular basis to ensure new retail units, display showcase units and all real estate properties are included on timely basis to the Group Insurance Policy
- Supervises the cleaning activities of corporate office
- Manages activities related to Facility Management specific to the head office

Requirements

- University Degree (4 year)
- Candidate with an MBA shall be given preference
- 6 years of strong Administration Management experience
