Job description / Role
• Build in the Oracle Business Intelligence system (programming skills) all the Customer Life Cycle Management Campaigns from the product ownership, segment upgrades/downgrades and life stages changes.
• Create customers lists in OBIEE based on agreed criteria and according to business needs and customers’ profile (Oracle Business Intelligence)
• SQL programming advanced skills
• Launch campaigns in all channels: ATM ,memobile, Banknet, website, Digital Channels, EDM, IVR, CRM 360, Branches Tellers, Call Center.
• Analyze data and based on specific criteria and rules to export customers lists for contacting them through Bank’s channels.
• Build pre-embossed products coding so that the whole process is fully automated through Campaign Automation
Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelors and Masters in Mathematics or Computers
Experience: 5 Years of experience in OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence) of banking products
Specialist knowledge: OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence system) in Customer Life Cycle Management Campaigns, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Oracle CRM, advanced skills in SQL programming, expert in Campaign Automation through all channels.
