Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting in delivering AML related client engagements from a technical subject matter standpoint. The person for this role is required to have strong technical and functional knowledge and experience in Investigation and Disputes, preferably with a professional services organization.

Your key job responsibilities will include the following:

- Help in delivery and fieldwork on fraud, regulatory compliance, and business disputes engagements
- Perform financial and economic analysis, including interpreting contracts and related documents/ requirements that are part of large disputes
- Perform accounting analysis, and industry research and synthesize information to draft findings and observations to draft reports
- Perform complex analysis using investigative tools and other client-owned databases in support of Investigations
- Utilize domestic and international databases and public domain for extensive research and analysis to correlate, summarize the observations
- Provide support to team on a variety of tasks in connection with project execution and communicate with clients and other sources for the purpose of obtaining relevant information and documents.
- Can manage multiple priorities in a professional manner and can work independently and with a team
- Leads and actively participates in client discussions and meetings. Communicates with clients in an organized, and knowledgeable manner, delivering clear, concise, and accurate documents and requests
- Oversees the drafting of reports and findings
- Leads in the development of proposals and thought leadership

Requirements

- CA or ACCA with three to four years of experience in investigations and Disputes
- Certified Fraud Examiner related certification preferred
- Experience in analyzing large sets of data, including on Tableau or Power BI
- Experience in Email Reviews using eDiscovery tools and solutions
