The Assistant Manager - Human Resources is responsible to assist the Cluster Human Resources Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Department.

Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Handle employee relation cases.

- Recruitment, from sourcing & screening, to interviewing & onboarding.
- HR Administration, performance management, payroll, and day to day employee relations.
- Colleagues' recognition and engagement.
- Payroll preview on a monthly basis ensuring the compliance remains on track throughout the year.
- Internal communication, preparation of contents and social events.
- Ad hoc projects to deliver innovative solutions demonstrating the care we have for our colleagues.

- With professionalism and the ability to communicate with empathy at all levels, you are a team player.
- Excellent computer knowledge is essential.
- Prior in the hospitality industry will be preferred
- Excellent Communication Skill

About the Company

Hyatt was founded by Jay Pritzker in 1957 when he purchased the Hyatt House motel adjacent to the Los Angeles International Airport.
