Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Plan along with top Management and all vertical heads, the annual training budget for the organization
- Ensure identification and analysis of training needs in coordination with other functional managers
- Ensure development of training calendar and delivery of training programs as per training calendar
- Develop and maintain relationship with Vertical Heads to understand their training and development requirements and plan training calendar accordingly
- Ensure cost efficient procurement of training services – training facilities, training content and delivery
- Measure the ROI of training programs developed & delivered in the organization to show tangible benefits
- Point of contact for learning and development needs
- Set up and manage the new training school for DM Healthcare
- Provide training in line with the DM healthcare’s Vision, Mission and Values.
- Create an E – Library which is a knowledge repository with information around relevant management books, self-help books, online courses and white papers, journals etc.
- Ensure all training (especially nursing and other paramedics) is audited and quality is checked
- Ensure standardization of training processes and formats across all functions
- Evaluate training content, trainers, methods employed, etc. in an objective manner and undertake improvement actions, wherever needed for the trainings conducted in various functions (paramedics, pharmacies etc.)
- Conduct diagnostic study after training delivery to evaluate training effectiveness
- Establish an effective training feedback mechanism aimed at continuous improvement of learning & development process
- Ensure trainer effectiveness and professional standards in delivery
- Conduct Train the Trainers workshop for Functional/operational trainers to enable them conduct trainings , provide feedback and bring service excellence uniformity across functions
- Define the training policies and ensure uniform implementation of the same
- Provide coaching and feedback on management, collaboration, career development, and other professional skills
- Design training content in line with organizational/ functional requirements to ensure effective and high quality delivery of training to employees
- Ensure successful delivery of orientation and reorientation programs as per the agreed timelines for new employees joining and existing employees respectively
- Create training priorities for the year essentially training themes (generic, technical, date with knowledge) enabling functions achieve business goals
- Develop and build relations with vendors/ service providers to ensure timely provision of training infrastructure, development of content and training delivery (in case applicable)
- Plan and develop training plans and modules for talent development and succession planning programs like ; Date with knowledge
- Take charge of the entire training administration (venues,logistics,accomodation)for effective delivery of training programs
- Develop talent within the team by providing consistent direction and support to achieve stretch targets and take leadership positions
- Recruit, Retain and engage the team and build a collaborative and high performance team
- Enhance team productivity through skills development through coaching and training
- Ensure objective periodic administration of the performance appraisal process followed by monitoring of feedback implementation for the team
- Ensure all employee disciplinary issues and grievances are dealt timely.
- Work Closely with the Human resources in the preparation and timely implementation of effective employee communication program (orientation, e-newsletter etc.) and post-performance appraisal development needs
- To participate and contribute to departmental quality initiatives.
- To be aware of departments performance and objective.
- To carryout data collection/support in data collection.
- To adhere the safety norms of hospital, follow both patient, and staff safety rules.
- Maintain the training MIS and generate monthly reports for training hours, no of employees attended, training courses covered along with Training effectiveness feedback
- Support HRMS implementation by providing data in migration templates, carrying out analysis, providing templates, etc.

Requirements

- Expertise of HR Database and HR Information System.
- Knowledge of or experience using IMS (Immigration management system), SAP, ATS, DMS & various ERP systems.
- Ability to understand HR principles, policies and procedures to work practices.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Administrative skills in order to undertake correspondence, routine reports and the maintenance of records.
- Good in team work, interaction and coordination with others.
- Good analytical and decision-making skills.
- Competent communicator and good presentation skills.
- Expert in data analysis, Data tables, Charts, Pivot table, diagrams and graphical presentations.
