Job description / Role
We're searching for dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager to play a key role in the development of the Learning & Development function. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with the business objectives; by fostering a culture of continuous learning and development across the organisation.

Description
* Develop and implement a robust learning and development strategy that drives employee performance and growth.
* Lead and mentor a high-performing L&D team, providing guidance and support in designing and delivering impactful learning programs.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
* Manage the learning management system to ensure efficient and effective learning experiences.
* Oversee the learning and development budget, optimising resource allocation and vendor partnerships.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance learning programs.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organisation Development, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
* Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in learning and development, including team management.
* Proven track record of designing and delivering successful learning programs.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in instructional design, adult learning theories, and learning management systems.
* Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* A passion for driving employee development and organisational success.
