We are looking for a passionate*Assistant Manager - Learning*to join our Human Resources team and help us translate the remarkable journey we offer our guests, to an unparalleled learning and development experience for our colleagues.
In this role, you will work closely with the HR Lead and Department Heads on learning coordination and delivery, utilizing all available tools and ensuring that the functions of learning and development are carried out effectively and professionally, resulting in empowering our people with the right attitude, knowledge and skills.
Your main duties will be to prepare, review and implement the Hotel's Learning Plan in line with the budget; make sure that all Hyatt Compliance and government related training programs are completed as required; identify the learning needs within the hotel and each department; assist with the monitoring and enhancing of departmental standards; ensure that the Learning room, equipment and materials are maintained at all times, and keep immaculate records of learning sessions.
Requirements
* University Degree/Diploma with preference given to Human Resources or Education-related degrees.
* Experience of working in a luxury hotel environment at operational positions would be a useful benefit.

About the Company
Hyatt was founded by Jay Pritzker in 1957 when he purchased the Hyatt House motel adjacent to the Los Angeles International Airport.
