The opportunity

We are looking to strengthen our team of advisors in the Finance domain, wherein we provide F&A thought leadership, create innovative solutions for future – state finance functions and collaborate with clients CFOs on their transformation journeys.

Your key responsibilities

As Assistant Manager or Manager, you'll make a technical contribution to clients in a lead role, primarily for our telecommunication, media and technology clients, as well as clients in other sectors. You'll actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships, execute complex advisory engagements, supervise junior team members and help define strategy. Working under the supervision of an assurance leader, you'll also help execute our work and present findings to the client.

You will co-innovate and lead transformation agendas for our key clients, develop industry specific finance and accounts offerings and lead new client engagements, including client workshops, opportunity identification, proposal development and delivery. You will also recommend and develop leading / future state target operating models, develop strong client relationships, drive client dialogue and shape and deliver value – led finance projects, while documenting best-in-class Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policy documents for our leading clients.

With a clear focus on anticipating and identifying risks, you'll escalate issues as appropriate. Working closely with colleagues, you'll determine whether the work plan is properly executed, documented and concluded in compliance with our Quality & Risk Management (Q&RM) guidelines. As an influential member of the team, you'll help to create a positive learning culture, will coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop.

To qualify for the role you must have
• Bachelors degree in a related field
• Skills and capabilities to re-imagine future of finance and design best in class F&A processes for global clients
• At least two years of work experience with a leading digital consulting business
• Experience in finance process transformation, business process automation, process improvement and data analytics, specifically you must have led at least two F&A transformation projects
• Experience shaping large scale digital finance transformations. You should be well versed with Industry digital F&A technologies and leading tools, automation, artificial intelligence (AI) and analytics and have a proven track record of implementing digital finance solutions
• Experience in process diagnostic, recommendation, documentation and implementation of leading process and procedures for finance and accounts functions, including Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R), planning and budgeting, credit and collection, treasury and taxation
• Experience in the telecommunication and / or media sectors
• Understanding of Q&RM procedures
• Compliance with and understanding of regulatory requirements

Ideally you’ll also have
• Experience in the MENA region
• Proficiency in the Arabic language
