Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Business Development:
- The candidate is responsible for driving sales for the Tax Technology solutions into Large and Medium Enterprise Businesses in UAE
- The candidate is responsible to develop business opportunities for the tax technology products suites
- The candidate will be managing the business & sales cycle at all stages through their deep understanding of target customers business, pain points and provide the right solution
- Develop a strong pipeline through strategic business development approach and produce innovative ideas to approach potential clients
- Negotiate the projects with clients through innovative selling methods

- The candidate to work closely with inhouse CA's, Tax Experts, Solution Partners to ensure that the right solution is being deployed as per the needs of the client
- Be part of demo’s and POC with clients and ensure that proposals are converted
- Coordinate between clients and implementation team and always be in the steering committee of all projects
- Creating weekly reports to management and clients per project as well as over all
- Ensure that regular feedback is provided to the development team based on the pitch meetings and client requirements
- To keep a track on the VAT law and ensure all checks are updated in the tool

- The candidate to design and plan the social media and marketing strategies for the products in the tax technology solutions for UAE
- Attend various workshops and events that are relevant to generate leads as well as increase the visibility
- Be able to handle stalls and booths when hosted by the company and ensure maximum footprint is attracted to the stall through interaction with participants
- Negotiate deals for events and other marketing related things to increase visibility


- 3+ years of work experience in VAT/ Indirect Taxes/ Solution/ Sales
- MBA or CA with GCC VAT Experience or India GST Experience
- Should have previously worked in a Big 4 or in a role of Business Development in an MNC
- Excellent client facing, relationship building and business development skills, coupled with commercial awareness
- Demonstrate leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent research skills and strong inter-personal skills
- Ability to be proactive, identify opportunity and take early responsibility
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments
- Attention to detail
- Availability to travel within the GCC
- Excellent English skills (Reading, Speaking and Writing)
- Fluent in Arabic (Optional)
