Assistant Manager - Process & Compliance - Retail Corporate Office - Dubai

As an Assistant Process and Compliance Manager you will be ensuring that all operational and financial controls are adequately and uniformly formalised and implemented for the respective business unit. You will also assist in all investigation and surprise checks as directed by the Process & Compliance team within Retail.

You will be interacting with stakeholders at different levels thorough the business to define operational objectives, goals, project phases and milestones.

Requirements

In order to be a successful Assistant Process and Compliance Manager you should be educated to a degree level in Finance, with ideally an operational background and at least 3 years retail experience at managerial level. Knowledge of SAP, ERP and POS would be beneficial as well as exposure to the Retail industry in the GCC.
