Assistant Manager - Regulatory Compliance

A leading bank is actively recruiting an Assistant Manager - Regulatory Compliance for their Umm Al Quwain office.

Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Oversee the company's regulatory compliance policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance training programs.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of systems and processes to ensure compliance with FATCA and CRS reporting requirements.
• Report and monitor incidents of non-compliance to senior management.
• Stay abreast of changes in regulatory requirements and ensure that the bank remains compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a compliance environment within the banking industry in the UAE. Local UAE banks experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of FATCA and CRS regulations and requirements.
• Knowledge of banking rules and regulations of the UAE.
• Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
